This website is owned and operated by Infinium Veterinary. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors to view our Veterinary Ultrasound Exam Tables. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product. Products must be unaltered and returned in the original packaging. Once we receive the returned merchandise and it is in resale condition  a refund will be issued. We will cover the shipping cost if the product is defective which will be determined by us. Otherwise the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. Products damaged by negligence or normal wear and tear may not be returned. Due to Credit Card charges the full amount of purchase minus $45 will be refunded. To initiate a return or address a concern please visit Infiniumvet.com or email sales@infiniumvet.com.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Mayne Woodworking and David Mayne (sole proprietor). Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address, phone number and email address. Your personal information will be used for shipping purposes and for our contact list.  Our contact list is used by us to provide users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages.
